Q: How do you determine shipping fees?
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance; our shipping fee calculator
is linked either to the United States Postal Service or to the United Parcel Service web sites
which provide quotes in real time from our Zip code (80904) to your Zip code, depending on
the total weight of the items placed in your shopping cart.
- There is a link for determining shipping "as you go" on every page as you purchase your items.
- If the total of the items in your cart is $65.00 or more, you will still see a shipping fee.
We will, however, deduct these charges before processing your credit card.
Q: How secure is your site?
- We implemented the latest in online security procedures to protect your information.
- All information that you provide will be automatically encrypted when transmitted to our server.
- In addition, we keep all customer information confidential: Credit Card numbers are never printed
or written down during the order processing.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
- Items are charged to your credit card account upon shipment.

Q: Do I have a choice in shipping carriers?
- Yes, you may choose between the USPS and UPS. We also offer several choices of expedited shipping.
- Orders are processed and shipped daily with most shipping the next day.
- Expedited and Priority shipment orders received by us prior to 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time,
Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and week ends), will be shipped that same day.
- If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
- All US customers will receive an automated e-mail notification to inform you about your order's status.

Q: What is your return policy?
Our goal is that you will be very happy with your purchases from Soapboxandmore.com
- If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 10 days of purchase.
- Please contact us at 1.866.997.6272 for a Return Approval Number.
- Returned items without approval will not be refunded.
- All items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for refund.
- A credit will be issued promptly to your credit card for the item purchase price after receipt of returned merchandise.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer gift services such as gift wrap and gift message?
- Many of our packages leave with festive tissues and signature labels.
- Gift messages are available during regular check out and are added to the order.
- Packing slips include the items purchased, but prices are never disclosed.
Q: Who are you?
We began Soap Box and More in April 1997 in Old Colorado City to serve customers in the western part of Colorado Springs. We began with a limited line that included Crabtree and Evelyn then expanded to The Thymes Products, Peggy Karr Glass, and Caswell. Eventually we began offering Pre de Provence and Primal Soaps.
In 2006, we began offering most of our products online and now have secure, online ordering. If you visit Colorado Springs, please stop by to say hello and to visit our store. If you cannot do that, please enjoy browsing the items we have on our web site.
